At iTown, we operate a pre-booked admissions and event service with limited capacity. Admissions, party bookings, and food and drink purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or where otherwise stated in this policy.
All admission bookings are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, transfer a booking or issue a credit voucher where sufficient notice is given.
Deposits are non-refundable. More than 14 days before an event, payments may be transferred to an alternative available date at our discretion. Within 14 days of the event no refund will be provided. Within 7 days of the event the full booking fee remains payable.
If iTown is unable to provide the booked event due to circumstances within our control, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
Food and drink purchased from iTown’s café are non-refundable once prepared, served or supplied.
If an item is incorrectly supplied, unsafe, not of satisfactory quality or not as described, please notify a member of staff immediately so that we can resolve the issue appropriately.
Customers must advise staff of allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. Whilst reasonable precautions are taken, allergen cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed against.
If we cancel a session, event or booking due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, building issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we may transfer the booking, issue a credit voucher or provide a refund where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
