Terms of Play
Important information, please read:
- All players must be supervised at all times by an adult over 18 who is responsible for them.
- Please remove shoes before entering the play area. Socks / tights should be worn.
- We have 2 rules, no running, and no throwing. Please speak with your child about these 2 rules.
- This is to keep everyone safe.
- Props and toys have been specifically chosen to enhance the theme of each room.
- Please be aware that without direct supervision, some props and toys are unsuitable for children especially aged 3 and under.
- Some props, decorations and real-world items can be sharp (example shells) or have small pieces.
- Please ensure supervision of your child’s play, as iTown cannot accept responsibility for injury caused by inappropriate use of toys and props. Please do not climb on any furniture, props or equipment that is not designed to be climbed upon.
- Each session open to arrive and depart anytime that suits you between 9am-5pm.
- At the end of the session we encourage everyone to help tidy up, and then leave the play area so we can clean and set up for the next day.
- No food or drink is allowed in the play area.
- No buggies or prams in the play area. However, iTown accept no responsibility for personal items, these are left at your own risk.
- Please do not play if you are ill. You should not come in to iTown if you have a contagious illness such as chicken pox, hand, foot & mouth, Covid-19 etc. Please do not visit iTown for 48 hours after sickness/stomach bug.
- Photos – you may take photos and videos of your own child, and we encourage a ‘tag, like, and share’ on social media.However, please do not take photographs or videos of any other child.
- We encourage parents, carers, grandparents etc. to play too – as play is good for you at all ages.
- Feel free to grab a stethoscope, or hard hat and play (although we suspect you are all going to end up in the prison cell)!
- Have lots of fun.
